anson Posted January 31, 2004 Share Posted January 31, 2004 here's what i've been doing the last couple workouts- i'll take a block weight i can't lift yet and use my other hand to help get it up, then i'll remove my supporting hand. i'll grab the weight with 100% effort and can sometimes hold it in the lockout position for 1 sec. any thoughts/comments?
