For guys who are steadily increasing strength, how many days of rest/active rest are between gripping sessions?

Please only take the poll if your gripping strength is improving (slow improvement is ok i guess) on each session

Once I started going heavy my joints couldn't take my normal frequency. For any muscle, and espcially my hands and grip, I only target/primarily work them again until I feel I'm ready. This can mean, that the muscle isn't sore, it feels strong, and/or I feel exceptional well all over. Day in and day out I go into the gym and improve constantly on one level or another.

I voted one day, because it best fits what I do. 6 days on 1 day off.
