Clay Edgin Posted January 22, 2004 Share Posted January 22, 2004 When I first started, I can remember experiencing the same thing you are going through now. I just kept training to do more and more sets and reps with stronger grippers and eventually go to the point where I do about 15-20 warmup reps on easy grippers before getting to the hard ones.
