How Close Is Your Set One From Set 2,3....

myselft i seem to realy fatigue fast, eg on my first real set i got 5 on #2, second set i barely got 2, third i baaaarely got 1. any of you guys like this? :erm

If you are talking about grippers, usually I am strongest with both my set & squeeze on my 3rd set. I never do reps though, only singles, grinding, and negatives.

When I first started, I can remember experiencing the same thing you are going through now. I just kept training to do more and more sets and reps with stronger grippers and eventually go to the point where I do about 15-20 warmup reps on easy grippers before getting to the hard ones.
