Beginner At The Coc

I was wondering i just ordered the trainer COC. I was wondering how do i train with it . What are negatives and how do i use them . i want to be able to close the trainer and go on to the number 1 . how many times do you close it before you move on to the next one . i also ordered the coc book. Does anybody know if its any good

"Negative" - to cheat close the grippers, and then try to keep them closed as they are forced open by the spring acting against the hand.

get a pony clamp and work that thumb hard! i like to invert a lighter gripper and just work my last two fingers.

hold it for as long as you can before it startes to open. do strap holds, that will help alot also. but the best thing you can do is just do as i did.....read all teh old posts, some are just rabling about one thing or another...but most will help alot.
