On 01/17/2024 I recived GD IRON 90 and started training. 3 times a week for a month: Warm up: 8 reps lvl1 and 8 reps reverse lvl1 3 reps lvl3 and 3 reps reverse lvl3 Workout: 5 reps lvl5 (goal) and 5 reps reverse 3 reps lvl5 negative. I did hot/cold bath recovery after training as my hands got sore and it worked as a charm. Next month I added 1 more training a week and till today I go mon, wed, fri and sat(week hardest one): Second month: 8 reps lvl1 and 8 reps reverse lvl1 8 reps lvl3 and 8 reps reverse lvl3 5 reps lvl4 and 5 reps reverse lvl4 5 reps lvl5(goal) and 5 reps reverse lvl5 1-2 reps lvl6 negative Third month: 20 reps lvl1 and 20 reps reverse lvl1 15 reps lvl2 and 15 reps reverse lvl2 8-10 reps lvl3 and 8-10 reps reverse lvl3 5 reps lvl4 left and 8 reps lvl4 right 3-5 lvl5 left and 3-5 reps lvl5 right (goal is achieved with right hand and few times with left on mondays) 8-10sec lvl5 holding left and right hand Sometimes I grab coc#3 unrated and use it instead of step 5 Edited April 28 by Keet 3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Get two buckets of water cold and hot, put your hands in the bucket and squeeze your fingers then put your arms in the other. Keet Posted May 4 Author Share Posted May 4 That was a good day! 20 reps lvl1 and 20 reps lvl1 reverse 20 reps lvl3 and 20 reps lvl3 reverse 5 reps lvl5 - 3 rounds 3 reps coc#3 2 reps coc#3 negatives Then down to 15 reps lvl3 and sour 30reps lvl1 First attemt on dyno was 100kg but I didn't catch it on video.
