kurtwpg Posted April 7 Share Posted April 7 I have a lot of "holding" strength, probably due to thick bar training and just years of general training. If I can barely close something, I can hold it for an inordinately long time from there. My question, if I am trying to develop crushing strength, should I keep my thumb off the handle during a hold so as to make it as difficult as possible?
