really terrible day, made it a recovery day as i went too heavy on what was supposed to be the actual recovery day. Just got my 197rgc filed 3.5 in the mail. taking everything i have to not give it a go

100% i have my gripper pile right here at my desk and i dont train until saturday and theyre just staring at me

I enjoyed it a lot. Tho tryna mix powerlifting and grippers like this has put A LOT of strain on my hands and tendons so I’ll be swapping to something a bit different for the next 6 weeks and see how that goes
