Closing a few heavier grippers

It's been so long since I did a session like this. Got caught up between various other grip tools and weight training. 

I stopped using the stupid Smith machine for squats for several weeks and my bicep/elbow tendinitis disappeared. Just as I suspected. 

Anyway, here's today's session. Enjoy!

Been using it for 5 years, before that I had a fully equipped gym in my disposal. Definitely a shock to the system. Made it work for me, no other option. But it wrecks my right arm. And the wrists. 

Having to unhook every set weekly between 400 - 550lbs for my working sets has caused damage. Haha yeah low bar indeed...
