I stopped using the stupid Smith machine for squats for several weeks and my bicep/elbow tendinitis disappeared. Just as I suspected. Anyway, here's today's session. Been using it for 5 years, before that I had a fully equipped gym in my disposal. Definitely a shock to the system. Made it work for me, no other option. But it wrecks my right arm. And the wrists.
