I have a 60 mm rolling handle ,and the first day i got it, i worked up to 56kg on both left and right hands doing singles, then i trained it once a week there after for about 2 months, but never could get past 56kg and some weeks i couldnt even get that, i might get 52kg or 53 or 55, then i looked on youtube and got a 8 week programme of doing 3 sets of 8 with 80% of my 1RM and then doing 3 more drop sets taking off 5kg for each set, after the 8 weeks my forearms had gotten bigger but when i tested my 1RM it was still only 56kg. i also have a holle it up handle that im using to train for the inch, and seem to have hit a similar wall on that too, but with that im just doing singles, i only started grip training seriously since august 23. Should i start incorporating bands on the lifts? Im not sure whats best, some advice and direction would be much appreciated. 4 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
