I’m looking for a few other general strength forums to keep my OCD in check and post workouts Need something like this group thats well moderated with zero BS. In a nutshell, like 99% of objectional posts happened in that forum because it was "off topic." We decided to focus our energies on the GripBoard being about grip! If you get any, I would recommend getting standard grippers from CPW https://cannonpowerworks.com Hands down the Best knurling I’ve felt on the hands for grippers.
