Terry Conjugate Iron
Saturday's gripper training sucked, then did some left hand crushing grip stuff on Sunday. Which also sucked lol... So I got pissed and got me a 20kg PR in the Armlifting Greece Nemesis hold with 80.8kg for 8.1 secs. Rushed to the kitchen and put some ice on my finger right after that, I thought I'd lost it

Surprisingly it was fine. Skin hurt like hell for several minutes. I thought it'd bruise etc. But it didn't. 2 days later I was fine. Forearm recovered after 3-4 days. I'm fixing to get to 90 and eventually 100kg

Cant wait to get to that level I had 60kg as the first guy who entered the challenge, then got smoked by everybody else as I was prepping for 2 powerlifting contests. I didn't think I could do it. Didn't train for it at all lol... It is more about pain tolerance than strength I believe.

I have heard that pain tolerance is a huge niche factor to progress in lifting. As we all know it takes blood, sweat, and tears

It takes time
