My best ever effort tonight and I wanted to share it with you. I set it, added a finger to the top and damn if I wasn't a tad off getting the bugger! No chalk, just one to two gripper sessions a week and a bad back at the mo. I did, and it's worthy of note for KTAers, train gripper yesterday in lieu of my usual shoulders and arms workout as my back needs work on by a Chiropracter and thought doing the grippers wouldn't aggrivate it (it never). I am still training for the Iron grip comp lifts.

Good Job! Through KTA and other experience I've found that I'm often strongest the second day in a row of grippers.

Totally impressed!!! What do you mean when you said you added a finger to the top of it???

Hope you nail the #4

You get a finger of the non gripping hand and touch the spring while squeezing with the other. It helps as I am sure others will tell you.
