I set it, added a finger to the top and damn if I wasn't a tad off getting the bugger! No chalk, just one to two gripper sessions a week and a bad back at the mo. I did, and it's worthy of note for KTAers, train gripper yesterday in lieu of my usual shoulders and arms workout as my back needs work on by a Chiropracter and thought doing the grippers wouldn't aggrivate it (it never).
