well, after a month i've decided to post my grip workout. here it is!

my goal is to close the #3 this year

warmup #1 x 8 R, x 5 L

starphold 10lb with #2 8 sec R, forced neg. L

#2 10 sec R, forced neg. L

#2 5 sec R, forced neg L

# 2 5 sec R, forced neg L

thumb hold with pony clamp for 15 sec- 4 x R, 4x L

inverted #1 neg with ring and pinkie 15 sec x 4 R, x 4 L

no set close #2 R failed, neg. L #2 15 sec

tore my skin on my R ring finger!

any feedback would be great, thanks!

Looks good.

I would throw a heavy gripper into the mix, like a #3 tougher than the one your trying to close or an Elite. The SM is great too, about a 2.5.
