ianders1
I remember reading some articles in M&F or Ironman back in the early 90s when I first started lifting by a guy named George Turner. A lot of them were combination exercises with 2 or 3 movements. An example is one that I have been doing for years: Start out doing lying-tricep extensions (aka nosebreakers) for a pre-exhaust and then switch immediately to close-grip bench for a killer finish using the pecs to help eek out the last bit of tricep strength. Brutal, but the single-best tricep builder in my opinion. I know that he had many others like this, and would love to find them again, but I tossed the mags years ago. Does Turner have a website, book, or anything? I searched the web and Amazon but all I got was info about some Australian Sci-Fi writer.
