Terry Conjugate Iron Posted December 6, 2023 Share Posted December 6, 2023 Focused on my powerlifting contests all year, trying to get my total up. b Took a break from grip due to forearm issues but now I got me a nice 3+ months to get back on track. Here's a close of the #2.5 after a ten month pause from grip training. I did heavy Rolling Thunder and Excalibur for an hour before I touched the gripper.
