Hello, everybody, I will try my best to document my progress towards the top, which to me is getting recognized in the grip world and reaching elite strength in the 80kg class.

Some current stats about me:

Height: 175cm/5'9

Weight: 87kg/194lbs

Hand size: ~18.5cm/7.25in

Some of my main lift PRs (in training):

68mm Rolling Handle (New 60mm RGT on the way to replace it): 55kg

Little Big Horn: 62kg

40mm Wooden Pinch Block (New 60mm Steel Pinch Block on the way to replace it): 28.6kg

Grippers: CoC #2 1 rep Deep Set

 

Currently specialising in grip only and getting ready to compete in January, hope to shake up the competition and bring a new me to the stage that day.

68mm Rolling Handle - Thumbless Style

Wrist was always my weakness, maybe not for long though

Couldn't budge this weight last week, today did 5 reps

Not new to grip but started taking it seriously and really dialing my training in recently by learning from the greats 😄

3 days of maxing out in 1 reel:

Wrist Developer - 2 weeks ago couldn't budge level 7, now doing level 9 for 3 reps
LBH - No rep but first time I even budged 65kg off the floor
Pinch - 29kg 3 reps, never did a single rep with this weight before

Today was my second session with a Power Roller (RGT)

Last week did 48kg for 1 good rep, this week upped it to 47kgx5 reps, goal is 70kg Rolling Thunder in January, will be working with this monster handle to get more out of less weight.
