Somewhere between 1 and 35 times a week. It's really up to you. "Listen to your body", and find out what works for you.

Personally, I'm also a 10-20 guy.

I train grip 10-15 times per week.

I directly train grip about 1-2 x's a week. That's not counting regular gym lifts that hit grip i.e. deads, rows, chins, etc....

At the moment, not a lot, but I have recently had success with up to 40 grip & wrist related sessions in a week. Some of these would only take 10 minutes or so.
