Dbramb
Welp, it's time to start training for a major physical milestone of mine to snatch over 200 reps with a 32kg kettlebell in 10min (w/ unlimited hand switches). I'll be sharing my kettlebell specific training but I follow Power Athlete's 'Grindstone' protocol for my general strength & conditioning and I'm a mover by trade so long move days are also part of my training history from week-to-week. Week #1: 10min EMOM: 6 KB Snatches w/ 32kg (3/Hand) Week #2: 10min EMOM: 8 KB Snatches w/ 32kg (4/Hand) ^YouTube Video: 10min EMOM: 8 KB Snatches w/ 32kg This thread is open for anyone to join along and share their snatches!

Dbramb
Week #3: 10min EMOM: 10 KB Snatches w/ 32kg (5/Hand) This video only shows one minute because my camera turned off four rounds in but I know in me heart-o-hearts that I made all 10min successfully. Slowly buidling up the volume...

Dbramb
Week #6: 9min EMOM: 16 KB Snatches w/ 32kg (8/Hand) +4 Reps from Week #5= Adaptation Continues *Burned out and missed my intended 10th set. That's what I get for attempting to keep count in my head but, hey, that just makes me hungrier for my next attempt! Dbramb
I'm currently six weeks out from a strongman competition so I'll be switching to 5min snatch sets (progressively adding weight) to maintain my progress without interfering with maximal muscle/strength development. 5min Kettlebell Snatch Test= 127 Reps (24kg) 140 Total Reps
