Amy
This is for sure dating my participation in contests, however can someone please point me in the right direction on the rules and techniques regarding freestyle hub lifting? I recall a big discussion about it years ago when it became a thing but fail to recall any specific details or resources. I did try to search here as well without much success. Thanks all!
Bigfoot Grip
I competed a couple months back in a GS contest that tested this event. I believe "freestyle" means you can grip it however you want(provided you're gripping the actual hub part of the implement). I went with the vertical bar type of technique and found that to be the easiest way to PR. Edited July 14, 2023 by Bigfoot Grip
