Maximum Effort - Incline Bench Press: (Max Triples)

45x5, 45x5, 101x5, 141x5, 191x5, 231x3, 261x3, 281x1..... PR for triple IIRC

Overhead DB triceps extension

4x7x45lb an arm (taking it slightly easy - something's amiss with right elbow)

Scapular Pullup

BW+90lb x 3, BW+90lbx3, BW+135lb x 3, BW+135lb x 3

DB side raise

8x20lb, 8x25lb, 8x30lb, 8x35lb

Abs l8r

45x5, 45x5, 101x5, 141x5, 191x5, 231x3, 281x3, lost it after that. Form sucks HARD. 281x3 is probably a PR.

45 degree back extension with weight (feet together - hard as heck - leverage is tricky)

70x9, 70x9, 80x9, 80x9, 90x8, 90x7

Abs - Weighted slant decline situp w 35lb medicine ball 3x10

very cool man, I look forward to de bench tommorrow heehe and some grip work. Oh yah and about the #3 if you can close it and have pics of closes, it shouldn't matter if you choose to be certified or not. I will served as a witness though to you coming damn close if not shutting the #3 when I trained grip with you.

45x5, 45x5, 101x5, 141x5, 191x5, 231x3, 261x3, 281x1 (massively misgrooved. My liftoff man put it over my crotch and I had to power it back up with my front delts. Finished after that!)

Overhead extension (tricep bar)

Scapular dip shrug

BW x 8, BW + 45 x 8, BW + 80 X 8

Rear delt raise (pec dec)

120x5, 120x5, 140x5, 150x5, 160x5

f1Perez - I'd say if my older 3 is a 3 (and another GB member has told me that the one I had was an "average" 3) I'd rate the BBE as 3.5 and the namestamp as 3.2-3.3

The older ones also had more "give" at the beginning of the sweep, whereas the new ones are tricky right from the beginning.
