So far near max sets of 1 rep and holds has been going good. Twice a week. Throw in thumbless too But I’m far from being strong enough I should be giving advice. I will say Microgainz plates are a good investment, sometime even 1lbs is enough to make it glued to the floor. And be as consistent as you can with every lift.
