Experimental rolling thunder log

Thought I would give this program a run. Currently can't do grippers due to some tennis elbow issues.

Starting with a max of 70kgs on my right hand as a 1RM

I used the suggested percentages and got way more reps than what was called for. Will up by 5kg next week as per the discussions in the old logs of the program.
