That is a crazy insane gripper video. Assuming you're still around 139, that's exactly 150% of bodyweight. 100% of bodyweight has always been a big deal. This is mind blowing.

Fantastic... How come you use your other hand as assistance when it opens up? So it doesn't fly out of your hand or so it doesn't spring open and cause injury? Or both?  The amount of force that it takes to close it is crazy, so that thing could do some damage opening back up.

I use the other hand because if I suddenly release my tendons I think they could get hurt, so I help myself in the negative and I don't feel any discomfort 💪 I just have to see in some certifications if it's allowed
