An Olympic loading pin?? Easy. Get a 2" pipe configured to the length you desire (let's say 12 inches long). Now, get a steel plate 1/8" thick and square 6 inches long each side. Then get a steel eyelet bolt and weld onto one end of the 2" pipe. Weld the steel plate onto the other. You've just built a Oly loading pin!! I'm working on the specs for a power wrist roller and also a copy of the safety stands that IronMind features. They are both made out of steel tubing and require welding to some extent.
