That’s crazy strong what do you do to get your rolling thunder up my best lift on it is like 170lbs and I don’t seem to ever get any stronger on it. Lewisg Posted October 5, 2022 Author Share Posted October 5, 2022 (edited) I have been doing sets with quite high repetitions from 6-8 with lower weight. I have found that helped a lot, gradually increasing weight and lowering reps. Drop sets at the end of the session I also enjoy doing.
