Thanks what I’m wondering. 100kg is very good in Rolling Thunder but from what I hear that would be super impressive on RGT

Nice work! That’s crazy strong what do you do to get your rolling thunder up my best lift on it is like 170lbs and I don’t seem to ever get any stronger on it.

I have been doing sets with quite high repetitions from 6-8 with lower weight. I have found that helped a lot, gradually increasing weight and lowering reps. Drop sets at the end of the session I also enjoy doing.

Done a lot of night shifts this week so only trained yesterday and today. I have entered a small push & pull comp on 27th November. It’s max axle overhead and max deadlift with Olympic bar, standard height.
