Sybersnott Posted August 30, 2009 Share Posted August 30, 2009 I actuallly emailed them and the owner said most grip guys look like this after 4 to 6 weeks of using their machine. The gloves are so you don't bruse your hands wile going heavy (30#) and are extra but the moustash grows right in as your grip strenght increases . He sugested 30lbs for reps of 8 to 10, 3 times a week. A few years ago I sent them a video of me using that very same grip machine. I was doing reps with 225 pounds on it (which was all I could put on there without having to modify the machine to accept additional weight). I also stood on it with 100 pounds additional weight; I did a bunch of things with it and then sent them the tape saying that I loved their grip machine and found it very useful. Then again... I shot a bunch of video of me doing all sorts of grip stuff - when I figure out how to upload them onto YouTube I'll let you know. Do you really wanna see me do grip stuff???
