It is my first time testing and training with one of this kind of tools. I was kinda surprised because i was waiting bigger numbers, but the feel on the hands is much more difficult than training with grippers! Also the left hand was stronger than my right hand. I guess there must be a difference too, between the various models of digital hand dynamometers.  Results: RH 85,4kg LH 77,2kg  I have to practice a lot to find the best possible hand position for maximum results  Any tips would help a lot!  https://youtu.be/zeyHwYjYSWg   1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
