Deadlift attempts from the @tromaras_strength_challenge filmed from a better angle. 

I got 2 meet PRs in the deadlift and an all time PR at 262.5kg qualifying as a Master of Sport. 7 years of struggle to get there post - injuries. And I ain't going back down.

Stronger and older than ever lol

Future method max effort bench with 197.5kg/435 at the top! Weight was 167.5kg/370lbs at chest height. Never done this before, not with these weights! 

Used a green band and 2 green minis, total weight removed at the bottom of the press was 30kg/70lbs so I benched 167.5kg which is my recent meet PR. Never done this in training and yes I'm aware the Smith machine makes it easier on the joints but believe me my nervous system felt it for sure!  

No power cage in my gym so I have to improvise.
