Last heavy deadlift session before the contest, @tromaras_strength_challenge is in two weeks!! 450lbs for sets and reps. Haven't competed in 3+ years and I'm very excited. I want a bigger total. Did grip today as well, Rolling Thunder at around 75% for holds, regular and thumb-less. Then tried those little Hubs from Finland. Man these things are brutal. I managed around 10lbs with the small shallow one haha... Great times. P. S. I oiled the inside of my Rolling Thunder earlier in the year and it's HARD!?!
