Got me a big PR in the floor press after 4 years or so. 165kg/163lbs went up relatively easily. Had I known it'd be so easy I'd had done 170kg. Nonetheless, it's in the bag and that means I'm one step closer to my goal, a 170kg bench in competition! I'll do my best at the @tromaras_strength_challenge next month, that's for sure!!
