Last session before I test my deadlift

Last week's mini band pulls went great, did my near max in that variation for a last set of 3 reps which is progress. This week I'm resting. Had deep massage in my shoulders and forearms and I'm recovering. 

175kg + 60kg band tension x 3 reps

Next week I'm testing my raw deadlift after 2 years! Comment with what you think I can do!

Oh man I've replayed that lift in my mind 1000 times. 6 plates plus from the floor is a milestone for me. Especially after all the bullshit I've been through.
