It's not a Mash Monster set, so it doesn't "count" as far as getting the certification goes. But man I trained really hard all year last year for this. 

I should be able to get this with an MMS soon. I hope. 

P. S. My left index genuinely got stuck between the pinky and the handle as my right hand was closing lol.

It feels so satisfying to touch the handles on a gripper you've never been able to touch the handles on before ... enjoy, and soon that gripper will be easy and you will move on to the next!

Thank you! Spent 8 months on it last year. Rigorous training. Need to open up a little more before I close it. I want a little "cleaner" setup

That gripper means a lot to me cause that's the company that supports me here man. I needed this for real. 

And yes, very gratifying indeed. 

Will focus on closing all my 300s this year and dare I say, the coveted #3. 

I'm literally 4mms from closing the 3. Which is still months of work lol

Imagine I closed the 2.5 a year ago and it's still kinda hard for me to close. It takes time that's for sure...

Kinda late with it to be honest. Stopped doing grippers for a total of 3.5 months since last August for strongman and the online grip contest. 

I owed it to myself..

It teaches patience thats for sure. especially for someone like me who has a hard time controlling his eagerness more often than not xD your determination is top notch! :D

Gotta know when to go down for reps as well, can't always max out, if that's what you mean 

As far as my patience goes, it's the weight lifting that has me more than prepared lol

Keep plugging.  Just increase that set starting distance. I don't think you are very far away frankly.

Agreed. Now that it closed it's also a mental thing. I should be able to handle it regularly within a month or two. Realistically
