USAWA Vertical bar training:
• 1 hand, 2 inch
• 148 lbs/Just over 65% of a 225 max
• 4 x 8 second holds

"I'm looking to add 10 plus lbs to this lift so I've been working the percentages using timed holds and reps. I'll stay at 65% for another 2 weeks while increasing reps and hold time, then I'll shoot up to 75% and repeat the process. These felt great!

Just found this post doing a google search for USAWA training.  I have been involved with USAWA for a couple of years and have really enjoyed it.  I did King Kong last year and it is nice to see athletes that are into grip sport and all round weightlifitng.
