Ways Of Training

I am somewhat new to this Forum. This forum is my favorite. This is a great, no messing around, lets move some iron webiste, nothing else like it. So I was wondering what was your style of training, HIT? 1-2 sets to faliure, or you never train to faliure, whole body workouts, etc? curious. Thanks, guys..

I mix it up but it's based around the big three always: Squat, Bench, Deadlift.

Other basics: Chins, Rows, Presses, basic curls.
