AvgJo Posted July 5, 2021 Share Posted July 5, 2021 Current Goals: Get to 79-83kg (currently 87.5kg) 20 clean pullups (17) Then one arm chinup Free standing HSPUs (strength is there, skill not) Grip feats (towel one arm chinup, RT/Axle/Inch) 05/07/2021 Mon CGBP 4x5 at 80kg Wall Handstands 4 sets 60mm Pinch 4x5 at 20kg DO Deadlifts 3x5 at 100kg Rope Pushdowns 3x10 First time hitting Bench and DL today in over a year so taking it easy.
