Good job Jedd. I have a 110 and a 120 hex that I am hoping will break some day so I can cut the handle off!

That was unreal! They must have huge hands and strength in them!!

If you look through the archives under Jedd's name...I believe he's also done 1/2 of a 115 hex. :whacked He must also need a certain type of skin texture/moisture content in order to deal with that hammertone paint, unless ungodly strength is the sole requirement.

Wade you should probably look to a 130 or better.

Yes, I got the 115 hex up. I need a heavier one now.

I am also thinking that these hundreds we have are gonna be tough as hell once we cut them up. They are extremely wide. Wider than both the half 110 and 115.

Wade, I so wished you could have attended Night Of Strength. I really wanted to see what you could have done with my 110 blockweight.

Thanks guys.

This video reminds me why I wear steel toed shoes when doing hub lifting. Gotta watch whatcha drop. If you notice in the video, the hex block does bounce off the floor.

Not that I am in any way trying to take away from an awesome lift. But remember that safety issues cannot be neglected. Nothing holds back training like an injury.

Lifting smart = lifting hard + lifting safe :rock

Didn't you notice my keen footwork after realizing that the block was gonna bounce towards me? Hee hee.

Hey, I'm all about staying safe buddy, just joking with ya.

even if you did drop it on your toe i'm not sure it would break. i once dropped an eighty on my toe doing shoulder press (not one of my brightest moments). my toe didn't break, it only burned like fire :flame .

Richard,

PM me and we might be able to work something out. Maybe we can swap stuff for a while if our paths ever cross.
