Steve Posted March 3, 2021 Share Posted March 3, 2021 Warm up on Vulcan gripper 10 reps,followed by 4-6 attempts at goal #3 this is done on a Wednesday,4-6 closes on #2-5 followed by work on Vulcan gripper usually lighter to practice my setting on a Sunday.twice a week simple maybe an extra day if my hands feel okay,seems to work for me. Steve Posted March 4, 2021 Author Share Posted March 4, 2021 I’ve been doing some finger hangs off the doorframe for strengthening my fingers are these any good especially for closing bigger grippers,I know it will take time but just wandered if it makes a difference.
