Reverse takes time to build specific tendon and wrist strength. Similar to strict DU When I started doing bigger reverse bends in doubles I started to get forearm and elbow pain, mainly in the arm that was closest to my body. Thank you! Ah, I see. Yeah, it's in the forearm closest to my body. When I think back I believe I was to eager when I tried out my WD replica, got sore/pain and have probably not recovered yet. Thank you for the input I will take it easy with reverse for a bit.

Slippery Pete
29/5 Face pulls - red easy band 3x12 Hangs 3x20 sec. Seesaw KB rows - reps per arm 18+20kg 12,12 20+24kg 12,12 Pull-ups - pronated 8 - assisted by two black bands (probably 50kg helped from band ) 3 - one black band. ___________________________________________ The hanging felt pretty good. No sharp pain. First time I tried seesaw rows. really liked it. 20kg + 24kg bells felt good but challenging. I'm embarrassed to write down the pull-ups, but considering I could not hang from a bar a few weeks ago I should be happy about the progress and look forward. Slippery Pete
31/5 Some KB-swings, rotator cuff Work with horseshoes. Leg crushing, under the leg and kink. Mostly isos, but some movement on old partially bent work hardened shoes. Overhead press, KB 16kg*6 20kg*4 Daily shape (scale 1-10) Energy - 2 Willpower/eager - 2 Strenght - 3 ____________________ Terminated session. Terrible feeling this workout. Drained both mentally and physically. Went to see a foot specialist yesterday. I have alot of pain in my heels, can barely stand up. Have had troubles for quite some time, but now it's unbearable. The weels are in motion now. Hopefully it will be better with time after I get my special inlays.

Slippery Pete
1/6 Short warm-up with kettlebells, swings, clean, rows and OH press. 20mm at 47'' 20mm at 37,5'' fail Daily shape (scale 1-10) Energy - 9 Willpower/eager - 9 Strenght - 9 __________________________________ First off, in the daily shape scale a 10 will not mean once in a lifetime feeling. 9-10 will mean a really good/great day with nothing to complain about. I think this was the first long bar bends in like six months. 47 inches felt super easy. Then I went for a PR lengthwise, new batch. Think they are similar to my previous one. 37.5'' proved to be a bit to much for me this time. Great attempt, but could not get it quite far enough to leg crush it

Last time I got it to maybe 100 degrees. This time I removed a bit more material. It was kinda easy to kink, but leg crush was harder then expected. Slippery Pete
I have come to the conclusion that I'm not going to log all my training here on gripboard. Instead I might drop a post when something significant or fun has gone down. Like this for example! DF#5 25x10mm, bent in 1.5'' wraps. Was done 16 June and took me something like 30-40 minutes to bend. Two days later I'm still very proud and happy. I was atleast six months since I tried this shoe last. I put it on a pedestal, and thought that it was a shoe that I might never be able to bend. But I somehow got very confident and felt even before the attempt that I will bend this shoe. The kink was hard. But I have had much harder battles on kink and sweep then on this attempt (shoes I could not finish, like SSP#3 extra, WH and Century big foot) But to get this shoe past 180 degrees really took everything I had. There was no strenght or energy to spare.
