Duncan Posted March 27, 2019 Share Posted March 27, 2019 Hi all Just managing to rep the no. 2 COC gripper x5 should i move on to the 2.5 now or carry on training with no. 2? i feel my grip has come on as i couldn't close the no.2 at the beginning. Thanks for your help. What kind of reps? CCS or MMS? Anyway depending on how hard your #2 and #2.5 (and how good you are at repping/maxing) you probably need to be able to do 10ish reps on the #2 before you can close the #2.5. You could also try and buy a gripper that's usually sort of in the middle of these two, like a GHP5 or a RB210.
