Is anyone willing to share there gripper routine to get me pointed in the right direction? I don't want trade secrets just something to keep me leveling up. Thanks for any tips or routines. To piggy back off what frank wrote. Here is a video of me explaining how I train grippers since I think it’s easier to explain in video: Edited May 30, 2018 by Chez

Never understood why people keep general nformation to themselves. IMO: - Better be undertrained then overtrained so don't overdo it; - Work a solid base with lighter grippers you can do full reps with two times per week or so; - Pick a solid open hand exercise you like of the many implements there are; - work pinch in whatever form you want; - work wrists. You can stretch this out over two weeks or however you like that. Don't max out all the time or try testing. It has been my biggest fault all those year I do grip.
