maidenfan
I had a similar setup back in the days of my garage gym. Lots of prep, but a very safe way to squat without a power rack, albeit a much harder way https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6yiemm02s14
Climber028
Interesting, I've done this with benching but never overhead. For overhead I like doing waiter walks, like a one arm farmers walk but the dumbbell is held straight overhead with a vertical arm. Kind of wish there was a way to add the instability to a pull up or deadlift but I don't see how that would be practical
JStepien
Saw something similar, but for overhead pressing from a friend of mine. Thought it may help when I was training more Olympic lifting.
jvance
Did that with pressing. Never tried it with oh squats, thanks for sharing
