A six pack over 50 is not about BS test boosters from the new age scammers on the Internet. It is about discipline every day and some effort into meal planning and cooking. Kale, spinach, greens, cucumbers, zucchini, mushrooms, broccoli, onions, red peppers, yellow peppers, riced cauliflower, 6 oz extra lean ground turkey, 2 tbls salsa, 2 tbls sugar free bbcue sauce, hot sauce sprinkled liberally.
