Paul Markowski Posted December 6, 2016 Share Posted December 6, 2016 Before I start work on with my 2017 goals, I figure I will dedicate this last month of 2016 to work on my new Silvis Frankenstein gripper. Due to its tremendous versatility, I will be able to do regular closes, beyond-the-range, holds, negatives and braced reps. Kind of an all-encompassing workout.
