I have never started a workout log before so I am going to give it a try and see if it helps to motivate me :D

Gym newbie but I have some calisthenics background

HG 200 Doubles to total of 27 //hard, MMS

HG 150 Sets of 5 to 43 //pretty easy, wide sets

First gym workout after a 2 week break because of studies

-Warm up and shoulder mobility drill at Gym

-5x5 Dumbbell rows 24 kg each //easy

-2x10 Seated shoulder press 15 kg each

-3x5 BW Strict pull ups @ 66 kg

-1x7 Negative curls  13 kg each

-1x6 Negative curls  13 kg each

2x10 Loose form forearm curls 12 kg

1x10 Loose form forearm curls 14.5 kg

2x10 Cable ext. rotation 9 kg

2x8 Cable ext. rotation 9 kg

20 min Elliptical With highest weight settings //not used to cardio, shaking legs after i finished

Right elbow does not feel to good today perhaps because of forearm curls

Night workout

Extensor work //with rubber bands, just messing around

HG 150 Sets of 5 to 20 //wide sets

HG 200 1 Attempt //MMS

Gym workout

Squat warm ups for leg day

-5x5 Back Squat 65 kg  //third set tried wider grip, leaned too forward, switched back to close grip

-1x5 Conventional deadlift 60 kg

-1x5 Conventional deadlift 70 kg

-1x5 Conventional deadlift 80 kg   //recorded by my friend to check form

-1x3 Conventional deadlift 60 kg  //recorded by my friend to check form

-1x8 Single Leg Press 60 lbs each //hard

-2x8 Single Leg Press 80 lbs each //hard

Night workout

HG 200 16 attempts //MMS, last attempt failed

40 halved paper card tear //over under technique

Left feet plantar fascia massage //minor plantar fasciitis

-Tore my first deck of cards inside plastic //1 card fell off in the process, paper cards, over under technique

-54 halved paper cards tear attempt //seam did not even start lol

-HG 200 10 attempts //MMS, left hand failed last set

-Tore 3 newspaper folded 5 times once

-5 Pony Clamp attempt each //thumb

Gym workout

-2x3 Archer push ups followed by 2x2 Typewriter push ups

-Flat Bench Press

4x5 50 kg //Tried 55 kg but failed on 2nd set

1x5 45 kg

-3x5 Dumbbell rows 26 kg

-1x6 Overhead press 25 kg

-1x6 BW Strict Pull ups @66 kg

-Ez curl bar Bicep curls

1x10 17 kg 

2x9 17 kg //last rep of last set used swing

-3x8 External rotation work //cables and 3 kg dumbbell

20 min Elliptical 60% of weight //160-170 BPM, felt better than last cardio session

Night workout

HG 200 11 attempts //MMS

5x5 HB Squats 67.5 Kg //last rep last set leaned forward abit

2x5 Conventional Deadlifts 82.5 kg

Superset

3x8 Hanging leg raies ->3x10 Single legged leg press 80lbs each

20 min elliptical @ 170-180 BPM, 65% weight settings

Night

Lower body & traps stretching at home

HG 200 2 attempts //MMS

HG 150 10 attempts //MMS

Weighted push ups 

2x8 +15 kg @68 kg

1x5 +15kg, 1x5 +10 kg, 1x5 Russian push ups //drop set

Towel dumbbell rows 

1x8 22 kg

1x9 22kg

1x8 22kg

1x10 22kg

Dumbbell overhead press

2x5 12.5 kg //burned out bad

BW pullups @67 kg

1x6 

2x3 + 3 negatives //drop set

Preacher curls

3x10 9-12.5 kg //alot of negatives

//attempted supinated wrist curls, caused alot of wrist pain

20 min elliptical @ 140-160 BPM 40% of weight //legs felt tired

10+5 reps HG 150 LH, 20 reps HG 150 RH

30 reps filed HG 100 LH, 40 reps filed HG 100 RH

Extension band work

HG 250 Chest crush //about parallel

Random workouts, went back to Indo

1x10 Bicep curl 10 kg

HG 200 3 attempts

Full paper deck tear

One arm dead hangs Max hold //25-30 seconds each 

Levering w/ 1.25 kg Max hold

Gym workout

Horizontal push

1x5 Bench press 40 kg

1x5 Incline assisted one arm push up

2x5 Machine chest press 52 kg

2x3 Assisted One arm Push up 2x3 Dumbbell typewriter push up

 

5x5 Dumbbell rows 28 kg //pretty hard

1x7 Standing dumbbell overhead press 16 kg

1x7 Single arm lat pulldown 12 setting

2x7 Drop set curls 12 kg //negatives on the reps i could not do, about 4-5

20 min elliptical @170-180 BPM 80% weight settings

Night workout

1x10 HG 150 //MMS

HG 200 1 attempt //few seconds hold

1X3 HG 200 //left hand only 2

Congrats on your pr's!   Glad to see your card tearing moving my man.  I also feel when my card tearing is strong, I"m just stronger all around.  Keep going :rock
