Grip and Bodyweight Play

Ahoy!

I've decided to start posting up my training to keep a log and maybe get some grip tips along the way.

Currently I'm doing a little of everything, but daily I'm starting with an early warm-up, mobility and Animal Flow practice, then a 10-minute battle rope circuit later on.

Then alternating each day with Grip work and static bodyweight work:

Grippers

Bodyweight

Wrist Work

Bodyweight

Pinch and thumb training

Bodyweight

Off

Bodyweight at the moment is just Crow Stands and L-sits for time and a lot of band stabilisation work for my shoulders as I'm rehabbing.

Enjoy! :)
