DW85 Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 Started including zerchers into my workouts more... Partially because I don't have a squat rack and low ceilings and also they are a great full body exercise that really fires my CNS for my grip work. Was about 1:30 am.. wasn't even feeling a workout to be honest and decided to get my last work set on camera...Glad I did because I set a new "work set PR"... I used my home made stainless 2" axle to spread the surface area on my arms a little more. Axle weighs 57 and change...2x44 lb Weider plates+2x45 lb plates =235x10...Sorry bout the heavy breathing lol ...out of shape....work in progress. https://youtu.be/l7Hg_8ltRJg 4 Quote

DW85 Posted February 4, 2016 Author Posted February 4, 2016 ..I agree on the carry over aspect 100%...Even when using lighter weights and higher reps, this one lift has helped me progress the most overall in my recent training...Trying to work on my form and control lately...Thanks for checking it out.
