I would like to get into arm wrestling and bending and gripping, but cannot find anybody on my end to help me establish a program to accomplish my diesel arm goals. There are 4 or 5 grip and armwrestling guys from NC that are coming down for it. It will be a fun and relaxed time and a great learning opportunity for sure.
