Sign-in: 9:00am

Rules: 9:30am

Scoring: Grip Sport percentage based scoring will be used. The best performance in the event is awarded 100 points. All other lifters’ performances are divided by the best performance and then multiplied by 100 for their score. For example if Lifter A lifts 350 lbs and this is the best lift in his/her division, he gets 100 points for his lift. If Lifter B lifts 320 lbs, his score is figured like so: 100 X 320/350 = 91.428.

Event 2 - Block Pinch (4 attempts, rising bar)

Event 3 - Vertical Bar (4 attempts, rising bar)

V-Bar will be 2".

Medley will have all kinds of stuff in it with a wide range of difficulty. It will be fun, I promise. Medleys are my favorite event.

I was wondering if you have settled on a pinch block size?

It will likely be 2.25". If you train for that, you will be prepared.

I would love to, but I'm already going to Gripmas this year, and that's going to be a pretty long trip for me

Although I can't commit to attending, I would really like to do this competition. Weather, money, and (sigh) work will be the deciding factors. I am hoping to see future competitions from Mr. Goodman (maybe one not during the dark, cold depths of winter).

Counterfeiting wifey coupons is not advisable.

Sounds like a cool competition, I may have to knock the dust off my grip stuff and see how out of shape I am. Is this going to be a sanctioned

event with calibrated stuff or a friendly competition?
