PeterSweden Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 I think you should clearly define your goals and wright them down. Hard to improve when you dont have goals. David Mitti Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Next training session I"'ll do pinch work and film myself. Do you recommend doing thick bar before rolling thunder or keeping them on separate days? I would schedule separate days for each if you want both to get strong. If you only have one day to train usually start bigger diameter and go down, that being said whatever you work first the second one will suffer a bit from being fatigued and not fresh. vickg Posted December 14, 2015 Author Posted December 14, 2015 That's exactly what I was thinking. Quote
vickg Posted December 15, 2015 Author Posted December 15, 2015 I trained with the FBBC Jug earlier today. Will upload some videos in a bit. Don't have a scale since I let my sister borrow it. How many sets do you guys recommend? What other type of grip training can I combine with it. I was happy with my improvement I was doing 90+ the weight of the pin and jug for reps. Compared to when I could barely budge it for 1 rep. It was my 3rd session with it. I got a hub coming in the mail this week and I plan on buying some grippers. Quote
