Sledge Fingerwalk

What is a respectable weight when doing fingerwalks?

I did 8,25kg, 18,188lbs, both hands today, on a 32(?)" handle.

Then I tried to film it but I was exhausted by then, got 2/3 of the way up.

Looking to beat 20lbs before new years.

Grip goals for 2016 - we'll see how many of these I can cross off;

Grippers; Cert GHP7, CCS 140, 146, 153 and 157lbs CoC3, MMS and 20mmBS 180lbs CoC3,5.

Pinch; Clean 20kg blockweight, curl 20kg blockweight, 1h euro pinch 45kg.

Thanks mayn!

I'll video it on friday mate.

I put tape on my hammer like Kody Burns did to get it less slick.

Hammer 10lbs. Im going for a 10lbs plate on my sledge to try and match Kody Burns video with a 20 fingerwalk.

don't put tape on your sledgehammer just spit on your hands like the old fashion way and it will open up the pores in the wood making it easier to grasp

Dare to compare? Check out some of my lifts at.........
